Our missionaries make a commitment to serve at any campus where FOCUS has a program. A staff member’s campus placement is based on a variety of factors, including strengths, interests, abilities and background. Through prayerful discernment, FOCUS strives to build teams of missionaries that are well rounded and can meet the needs of any given campus ministry program.
